Your First Visit
Step 1: Complimentary consultation
We start by listening. Dr. Andrea will review your health history, ask about your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, and answer any questions you have about acupuncture or our other therapies. This is your time to get comfortable and understand exactly how we can help.
Step 2: Personalized assessment
Every body is different. Based on your consultation, we conduct a thorough assessment to identify the root causes of your condition, not just the symptoms.
Step 3: Individualized treatment plan
We create a customized plan built around your specific needs, timeline, and goals. You'll leave knowing exactly what to expect from your care and why.

Microneedling & Cosmetics Pricing
Our microneedling treatments use two premium PromoItalia serums, each targeting skin regeneration from a different angle.
V-Tech uses synthetic exosomes, high-concentration polynucleotides, plant stem cells, and biomimetic peptides to repair and regenerate skin at a cellular level. It targets poor elasticity, dryness, fine lines, and environmental damage, with visible results from the very first session.
NucleoSkin contains PDNR Polynucleotide derived from salmon sperm DNA, combined with Hyaluronic Acid and Glutathione. It activates deep skin bio-regeneration, stimulates collagen production, and restores hydration and firmness.

Microneedling Session Guide
Before You Come In
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an intake form and, if you are coming in for microneedling, a full set of pre-treatment instructions. Please fill out your intake form before arriving at the office so we can make the most of your time with us.
Frequency of Visits
To get the best results, we recommend starting with three sessions once a month. From there, we customize your plan based on your skin goals and how your skin responds.
Lips (Bacio): Once every two weeks for a minimum of three sessions.
Eyes (Light Eyes): Once every two weeks for a minimum of three sessions.
Every skin is different, and your treatment plan will always be tailored to what you want to achieve.
Fish allergy notice: NucleoSkin, one of the serums used in our microneedling treatments, contains salmon DNA. If you have a fish or shellfish allergy, please let us know before your appointment so we can adjust your treatment accordingly.
Payment & Insurance
We do not accept insurance directly, however we do accept HSA and FSA cards. We also provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and emergencies come up. All we ask is at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, particularly for massage appointments, which are by appointment only.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee:
Massage: $50 to $70
Microneedling: $100
